While looking for floorplans for another projects I came across some carriage houses and decided they would be an interesting challenge..

This one is true starter, lightly furnished. Although it's not fancy it's completely ready to move in. It has one bedroom and one bath but you could add a second bedroom if you wanted.

Known Issues :The left hand garage/driveway works normally.. however, when they pull into the right hand side, the car sort of "pops" into the garage. It stills functions as it should but looks odd.

A copy of this house was play-tested,
