Description:
Modern-ish starter house, furnished for 8 sims, built for optimal traffic flow. Very sparsely landscaped, porch in the garden, room for one driveway next to the house (and if you want, another rotated one in front).

2 x double bedroom
2 x twin bedroom (could be used as double too)
4 x bathroom
1 x kitchen/dining/living room
1 x spare room (empty)

All basics included except a burglar alarm (I think), plus a mirror and a stereo. There's a tiny spare room in the basement that could be used either as a separate bedroom, or as yet another bathroom. Playtested with 8 adult sims and their pets, everything worked nicely -- in order to wash dogs in the bathtubs, you need to turn them around by 180° (sorry, I forgot to).
