Basic appliances included: lights, toilet (expensive), tub, fridge, kitchen sink, trashcan, phone, burglar alarm, smoke detector, bookshelf. This house also has the expensive stove, a chess game, easel, small stereo, and a swing in the garden. There's enough room to add a carport.

Expandability: Easy - a bedroom or two can be added to the side of the kitchen.

Note:
If you get an "expansion pack data required" error upon installation, using Clean Installer should help. Apparently this is a known issue (not specific to this download), see this thread describing the problem and this post (daysies) explaining the workaround.
