Today I have this large Split Level Ranch. I have always liked Split Levels, and I've found that the space in them can make for some awesome family homes.

This house only requires Nightlife. It comes partially furnished: The bathrooms are furnished, the kitchen only lacks accessories like coffee, and both a casual and formal dining table are furnished. The rest is up to you. Because this lot only requires Nightlife, there is plenty of space for various add-ons from other EP's. Space in the basement, empty rooms, and the backyard.

I chose to keep this unfurnished because everyone chooses to furnish and play their families differently. I normally furnish my homes, but a house this large gives the downloader as much freedom as they could want. Bedrooms vary from 6-7 or to 4-5 depending on how you choose to furnish the home. That is one of the beauties of keeping the lot unfurnished.
