Named after the large tree in the backyard, this modest home can accommodate a family of four (or more, if you include the basement space for a particularly, ermm... eccentric family member).



The home may look compact, but features living on four floors - the full first and second levels, an attic, and a basement - and some lively furnishings. The first floor is an open plan, with a spacious family / communal space with plenty of hobby objects, dining area, and a newly renovated galley kitchen. A full bathroom rounds out the first floor. Upstairs you'll find the master bedroom with on-suite bathroom (with walk-in shower and tub), a child's bedroom, detached full bath with laundry. The attic includes a bedroom and another bathroom, likely a room for that brooding teenager who needs more space.

If you feel inclined, you can even have a sim stay in the basement, whether a relative with some bizarre interests, or a guest spending the night. There is a Murphy bed, a workbench, fridge, microwave, and sink, and even a radio transmitter. We'll let you decide what to do with that...

The back patio is small but practical, but a grill, table, and hot tub in the enclosed space. Outside the gates, sims can use the yard and a telescope under the large Burlington Bushblossom tree that gives the house its name.



Important Lot Info:
I built this house in Twinbrook. It is perfectly flat and can be placed anywhere, but if you want to replicate the look and feel, you'll want to use that neighborhood.
