Unfurnished Starter for your Retired or Starting out Sims

This house i specifically made for one of my Retired Sims and I wasn't planning on uploading it, but then i really liked how the house came out so i decided to upload it. Of course you can expand to the house if you would like, i just made it small because as i said it was for two retired Sims and they don't need that much space.

I used the Sims2Pack Clean Installer so you don't have to worry about that. I also accidentally forgot to take out the two curtain's that hang from the front and back door, But they don't require any expansion packs or stuff packs.

House Description:

-Great room+Fire place
-Kitchen/eating area
-Master bed and bath
-1 1/2 bathrooms (including the master bath)
-Back patio
-Good size backyard

The house costs 18,310 so your Sims might need some extra cash for the furniture.

I forgot to include a dining room but you can either expand the house a little and put in a dinning room or you can put a table in the corner with a couple chairs surrounding it.

When you click on Quarter-Circle Flowerbed (1x1) by MaryLou & Numenor all you have to download is the mesh and the fence recolors

When you click on the Daisies for Quarter-Circle Flowerbed 1x1 by MaryLou all you have to download is the daisy's.
