Willowbrook is a large contemporary style home in a country setting. It has an attached 2-car garage, 3 bedrooms and 2 ½ baths. Outside there is a pool, large multi-level pond with fountains, a play area for kids, a basketball court and a garden.


Because of the amount of landscaping this lot could lag on lesser computers.

Inside the front door is a big 2-story foyer with stairs leading upstairs and an arched entry to the Living Room. The Living Room has plenty of seating with a big TV over the fireplace. A sliding door in the Living Room leads to a cozy Sunroom with lounge chairs and a small fountain. The big Dining Room has a table for eight, a snack bar for casual dining, a bar and a stereo. A sliding door in the Dining Room leads to a big covered porch with a grill and stairs to the back yard. In front of the Dining room is a very nice Kitchen with all the necessities, including a big center island. Just off the Kitchen are a computer desk and a Powder Room. Also leading up from the Kitchen are steps leading to the second floor and a door to the attached garage.



At the top of the stairs is a balcony overlooking the foyer with double doors leading into the Master Suite. Inside the Master Suite is a sitting/TV room with a sliding door leading onto a private terrace with a fireplace, telescope and a Hot Tub. Back inside the house the Master Suite continues with a large bedroom with a walk-in closet and an en-suite bath with a shower, 2 sinks and a tub. The toilet is in a small separate room to avoid those scalding showers when the toilet is flushed. :o)



Completing the second floor are 2 more bedrooms and another full bath with a shower and a tub. One bedroom is decorated for a teen girl with pink furniture and lots of stuffed animals. The next bedroom is decorated for a “Trekkie” child with space furniture, wallpaper and posters. Both bedrooms have a closet, a computer desk and a single bed.
