This is an apartment complex I created with Numenor's AGS. There are 3 different designs for the units of the building, with 2 of each design, for a total of 6 units.

The first design features 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The second is 2 single bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The third has 1 single bedroom, 1 double bedroom, and 1 bathroom.

The rent is from $1422 to $3470.

The apartments come fully furnished and has been play tested. Other than the apartments themselves, there's also a playground, barbecue/picnic area, and swimming pool.
