In an older and quieter part of town, or even downtown, this apartment house is perfect for families of all sizes... Its a little larger than its sister complex Colonial Apartment House but still has the same quiet, classic feel. The 3 larger apartments each have 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms.



My inspiration for this house came from this online floorplan:





Floors 1-3 are each identical apartments, just like its little sister. The 4th floor attic space has been converted into a studio apartment. There is a full basement with a gym, music room and game room. The backyard has a mini orchard and a small greenhouse, there is also a small playground & a BBQ area.
