Upon going through all the houses I had built in Pleasantview (and bulldozing most of them, lol), I found this house which I thought was fairly nice so I uh, evicted the sims living in it. Because I wanted to keep the furniture I didn't just move the family out, so therefore some of the furnishings aren't at their "new" value (but hey, most of us have something second hand in our houses don't we?) and probably explains why there appears to be mail in the letterbox...

Anyway, this little house is nestled amongst the trees and features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, dining, kitchen, TV room, a study/gym/3rd bedroom, a nice little bbq area out the back, and a driveway.

And with no CC! Honestly, it's only because I built the house way back when I had the base game only... :P
