I built this house ages ago. But since I've just gotten back into The Sims 2, I thought I'd upload it. It's on a 3x3 lot and costs 151,690 simoleons.

Downstairs features a dining room, living room, study, kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom.

Upstairs features the master bedroom with ensuite, a bathroom and a spare room.

Outside features a quaint garage and a gazebo with bbq.
