About this lot:

This lot was built as part of a #create channel challenge - build a lot on a particular foundation, without making any changes to the foundation.

This lot was leesester's foundation, and was pretty easy to build on. No terribly wacky shapes.

I went for a very traditional design - lots of medium woods and natural colours in browns, creams, and greens. A perfect home for a traditional family. Due to the old-fashioned style, I think this lot would be perfect for an elder couple. 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and a small, empty basement room which you can make into whatever you like. The master bedroom has a nice private balcony which overlooks the front yard.
