Blood Moon - Indoor / Outdoor Pool

So, I like trying different types of houses. This is my first try at a modern house. This one has an indoor / outdoor pool. I have 2 versions. The first one labeled “Blood Moon – with patio” has the inside patio but, if you have it in a snowy neighborhood you will get snow on the inside patio but your Sims will still stay warm in the house with just the railing around the inside pool area. Yes, I play tested a clone for 3 winter seasons and no one froze. The second one labeled “Blood Moon – NO patio” has a larger pool taking up the patio area and to be safe has 1 cc the invisible tile over the pool part. That way it looks as if the pool is inside the house but you can’t get to it from the inside. As I stated before the Sims stay warm in the house so if you don’t like the snow then go for the no patio zip, and you probably don’t really need the invisible tile but I included it for anyone that likes living where there is a lot of snow. Of course you could turn that area into a game room where you can watch everyone swimming below you. If you don’t want the invisible tiles just install it with Clean Installer and take it out before you install. Besides the pool/patio thing the house is identical.
