The Old Mill Apartments

I loved the windows from apartment life so much that I made this apartment block around them. I wasn't planning on uploading it anywhere but I thought it turned out surprisingly well and (dare I say?) good enough to submit as my first upload in a long, long while. So hi again :]

The apartment block was intended to look as though converted from a once mill/factory building - with the wide columns, pipes and such. There are 15 nicely sized suites (conveniently 5 are found on each floor) for your sims to inhabit or visit

The lot is fully furnished with decoration inside and outside of the apartments.

There's everything your sim needs like phones, fire alarms, garbage disposal points on each floor, elevators, vending machines and even roof access for all the tenants

The prices of the apartments range from from 998 to 1,891 simoleons for each sim week

I used no cc when making this lot and have even swept it with Clean Installer to be sure.

Unfortunately, I didn't make it in AGS so all the expansions are needed (I have them all, and most of the SPs)
