Firstly, I would like to thank QBUILDERZ for this idea, I love your 1x1 Modern homes and I really wanted to try it out for myself.

Okay, I present to you my mini modern 1x1 lot which is Base Game only and has No CC! I tried to make the furniture as modern as I could throughout the house. Enjoy!

Side note: When I built this I first named the lot Mini Modern Starter because it was going to be a starter which it is not, so when you extract the rar it is most likely going to be called Mini Modern Starter-dont be confused. Sorry about that I couldnt rename the lot but hopefully no one will think it is a starter.. :S
