Split Level European Style, No CC!

This is a spacious 3 bed, 2 bath home suitable for large, busy families with parents who like to 'chilax' after a long hard day in the office. (I currently have a family of 5 in mine but the bedrooms are big enough to fit 8 with some furniture re-arrangement).

I've been trying to practice split level and this seemed like an ideal practice house. It took me a few attempts to get it right but I think I've managed to stick quite well to the house plans which I got from a website. It probably could be more accurate with CC but as this is my first upload I thought I'd keep it simple. The website says that the house is European style though I'm European and I've never seen a house like this!


The furnished version includes an indoor pool, sauna and massage room in the day basement which leads out to a landscaped back garden. Fully furnished it costs 161,879 simoleons.

I've also included an unfurnished version which, apart from no furniture, the top two floors are the same as the furnished version. The bottom floor/Day Basement no longer has the pool, sauna room, massage room or the garden. This brings the price down to 64,820 simoleons.

This is the first time I've created something for upload so hope you enjoy it.
