I don't usually build modern homes but I got this sudden urge to try and build one and since Christmas is coming up I decided to put in some holiday decorations, hopefully your sims will come in the Christmas spirit


Anyway, It's an open plan three story modern house with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and attached garage. It comes fully furnished with all skill building objects, alarm and phone. No CC needed.


There is a pool and a BBQ area in the backyard.


First floor features:
  • Garage.
  • Open plan living room.
  • Study area


Second floor (entry floor) features:
  • Open plan kitchen and dining.
  • One bedroom with a single bed.
  • One larger bedroom with two single beds.
  • One bathroom.
  • One balcony



Third floor features:
  • Master bedroom.
  • One bathroom.
  • Two balconies
