Back again This set of three residential cottages includes an OFB lot and a beach lot. Each no custom content (which is listed below). I love recieving comments and constructive critisism!

Lemon Tree Cottage
This cottage, with its two bedrooms and one bathroom, has a large garden and spacious kitchen and lounge. With this, rather than only using cc, I tried to incorporate some of maxis' own furnishings that I rarely use but are beautiful all the same such as the Moroccan Mirror. Fully furnished it costs $60,168.

The Tea Rooms
This house has room for a business, a conservatory, a small kitchen/lounge/dining area and a cute loft bedroom with spacious bathroom. With this house my aim was to create a living space that was easy to control on one level through the day (due to the business) and have a retreat upstairs. Fully furnished, except for the business area, it comes to $55,853.

Dusk Beach Retreat
This beach property, at $59,505 fully furnished, is more a holiday get away than for day in day out living. It has one bedroom and one bathroom and a spacious living room/kitchen that opens out onto a lovely veranda overlooking the ocean. In the attic, there is another small lounge and in the basement, the bedroom opens onto a private garden.
