The Stormy Bay Lighthouse by lamammaforever

Beach lot
As per my tradition, this lovely lighthouse is designed for a single sims or a couple, however one of the upper rooms can be changed to be a kid room.
Have to say that this place is ready since at least 3 months but a thousand of RL circumstances have delayed the time of sharing.
As always, I liked the searching for the right CCs, lot of fun lurking around I'm sure that many of you already have each one of these beautiful pieces.

Please, take note that the bedding in pictures is not included for two reasons: 1) I tried hard but it's impossible to find the creator name and 2) while I was checking with the Delphy Organizer I noted the unbilievable size of this file so finally I decided to left it out, your game wouldn't like such a big file even if the bedding itself is so lovely.

Warning: it rains a lot, Stormy Bay is not a name given for nothing :D

Ground floor: kitchen, living and bath
First floor: bedroom and bath
Second floor: studio
Third floor: hobby room
Alarms in discrete points.
Gates you would like to lock.

IMPORTANT note for Mehrlicht (and for all of you who love the pixelated damned little people hehe): no sims were sacrified for testing this lot.

Please, do not upload anywhere (NO absolutely no Exchange NO TSR NO paysites) and do not claim at yours. Respect other creators wishes.
As far as my recolors they are and must remain free. Obviously you can use them as much as you want, I'll be very glad. In general, give credit, don't claim at yours, these are basic golden rules good for all the community.

NOTES about recolors by me
floors are included in the lot file, while other recolors are in the additional file: All these recolors are not really needed if you don’t like them or already have something similar, but I suggest to take them for keeping the same result. In this case, please remember to put them in your download folder before installing the house.

NOTES about building cheats:
I used *moveobject* while landscaping so I suggest a good mod for a perfect garden, like this one by twojeff http://www.simbology.com/smf/index.php/topic,13.0.html
I also used *45degress* and *snap to grid*: it's easy to revert the objects to their regular position by simply moving them.

All EPs up to Apartment Life are needed.
I also used Family Fun Stuff SP for the nautical objects.
