My first Sims 3 upload. It is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath house. The lower level has plenty of windows to enjoy the view. Lower level has a foosball table and an area to have indoor barbecue's. There is a nice firepit out front to enjoy as well.
Furnished Price is $53,627
Unfurnished Price is $30,871
Also there is only one spot that this lot will likely go in Sunset Valley. And it is behind the Wolff Household.

I may also upload another version and remove all the items from the Tiki set and replacing those items with base game objects for those who do not have it. If anyone would like me to do that please let me know.
