I wonder if this is the first lot most people build on when they get Sims3 . . . It's so lovely, right on the water and completely private, cool breezes, great fishing, perfect! I don't think this lot can be placed anywhere else except just below the Wolff home though. This house is a figment of my imagination, evolving floor by floor to make it as convenient and practical as possible. Hopefully you have sim who will enjoy it!

I think the house is so cheap because I played in it for a long time learning the game! My sim, Connie Primera, really enjoyed it, but eventually the demands of her career made her need to move closer to town!
