Flora Cottage is a relaxing and charming house, full of light.
A residential lot good also for a vacation, expecially if your sims like playing sport or read a book seating under the trees since it features a wide yard duly equipped (yeah, a gift to both lazy and active sims )

1st floor: spacious living with an office corner and another one for the artists, bath and a large kitchen.
2nd floor: large master bedroom, kidroom for two, studio and bath.

Alarms in discrete points.
Gates which can be locked.
Enjoy!

As far as my recolors they are and must remain free. Obviously you can use and share them as much as you want, I'll be very glad. Give credit, don't claim at yours, these are basic golden rules good for all the community.

NOTES about recolors by me
- lightwood and pale colors version of maxis collection paintings
- ethnic palms and apache recolors of maxis atomic age rug (the whole recolors set by me is available here
These recolors are not really needed if you don’t like them or already have something similar, but I suggest to take them for keeping the same result.
However please remember to put them in your download folder before installing the house.

NOTES about building cheats
I used *45degrees*, and *moveobject* while landscaping.
I suggest a good mod for having a perfect garden, like this one by twojeff, inspired by Inge Jones http://www.simbology.com/smf/index.php/topic,13.0.html
