"The Statement"-3BR, 2BATH

Ok, before I begin explaining about this fabulous house, I want to dedicate it to someone. I dedicate The Statement to Michael Jackson, The King of Pop. He died during the process of construction. RIP MJ, I hope you show the big guy the moonwalk


The Statement is a modern home with extraordinary beachfront views. It is basically two boxes stacked on top of eachother, but it has more of an architectural side to it. The boxes are placed in a way that gives the home the best possible views of the surrounding beach and water. With a white exterior and wooden highlights within the exterior's design it gives the home a natural look. This home can provide beautiful views and make a massive statement to your friends and family of your wealth and style.

The ground floor consists of a sitting room which is directly connected to a study and the open kitchen. In the kitchen is a breakfast table and to the right of the kitchen is an open living/dining area with a kind of entertainment area in between. There is also a bathroom and the first bedroom. Everything is designed for that modern look and for the beautiful views of the scenery.

The 1st floor is taken up by two rooms. There is a large master bedroom, which has a beautiful view out onto the surrounding beach and ocean. The master bedroom has it's own bathroom and it even has a TV on the wall which your sims can watch from their king-sized bed. The other room is the guest or 2nd bedroom. It could also easily be turned into a nursery which would be good because then the parents are right across the hall instead of on another floor.

Outside, there is 1 carpark (room for two if you delete some of the shrubs on the left side) a large pool and a barbeque area. The back and front yards are landscaped and have gardens that if placed where it says to below, will blend in perfectly with the surrounding gardens on the rest of the city/town. I did this because all of my beach lots will have the same plants and they will all blend.

For best view and for the garden to match its' surroundings, place on 477 Sunnyside Blvd.
