My second upload in as many days. This one is about 3 times the size, however. So enjoy.




Lot Description
'Mid-Century Breeze' is a 4br, 3ba mid-century home that screams usability. The bi-fold/sliding doors and semi-vaulted ceiling of the living area offer definitive modern flair to the space, whilst the open plan and abundance of light bring the natural world within reach of the occupant. Also. Plants!

Although the home has four bedrooms, one is set up as a study/office whilst another is left empty, free for you to decorate and customize to your sims' liking. The remaining two (master and second) have been furnished decadently.
This is the longest I've spent on a lot (around 30 hours) since I used to upload religiously at least 6 years ago. I hope you like it.

Do I need Furnished or Unfurnished?
DO NOT use the game's version of Unfurnished. It will automatically delete all columns and architectural detail, as well as kitchen counters and bathroom amenities because they're not present in build mode (stupid, since IRL, a house comes with all of this).

If you want the lot unfurnished, please download the alternate version I have provided. The lot retains all detail, but deletes all furniture and appliances (excluding counter tops, kitchen and bathroom cabinets, the toilet, sink and shower).
