NB! I've added an updated, weatherproof version of this house. It's cheaper than the original (77,161 furnished or 55,862 unfurnished) but contains the same objects, with the addition of ceilings, a fish spawner and a few lamps. Built on interconnecting levels this house blends in with the surroundings while retaining its individuality. A good choice for any Sim who enjoys a touch of retro in their modern home!







Ground level: Main entrance, living room, one bath. Stairs to first floor.
Forest type garden with patio, pool, and pond. Parking for two cars (one car included).





First floor: Kitchen with breakfast area. Stairs to sunken area and second floor. Access to the garden.
Sunken area: Dining room with fireplace.
Second floor: Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Two bedrooms and a third bath. Access to the balcony from the landing and to the garden from the master bedroom.
