Today I offer you a coulourful home for fun-loving Sims!

Please note that due to the layout of the house the living area is considered outdoors by the game, rendering the lighting of that area different from the rest of the house. It also makes the upstairs entrance doors unselectable as main entrance, and of course sims who hate the outdoors will also hate spending time in the living area. The layout may or may not become a larger problem with upcoming expansions (anything adding harsh weather conditions would be a likely culprit). But so far my Sims seem quite happy with this house!





The garden is on split levels and is fully landscaped. Outdoor pool on the upper level and patio and small pond on the lower one. Parking for three cars, one of which in the carport.



Entrance from the carport to the ground floor. Entrance hall, guest wc, study with stairs to the upper floor, master bedroom with en-suite bath.



Upstairs is the living/dining/kitchen/entrance area, which has a fireplace and sloped ceilings and opens up to the study downstairs. On this floor also: two bedrooms and a bathroom.
