I built this lot for the always single sims in my game. I usually don't marry off my sims til they are adults, but some sims will always have commitment issues. This lot is best for them.

Nestled in Riverview, this rustic/modern house is built on 20x30 lot with a cost of 55,695 simoleons, features a sunken kitchen and dining courtesy of Beefsims1 tutorial, 1 bedroom partition, 1 bath, pool, small garden. Fully furnished and landscaped, with skill items. Oh, the live fish may need feeding when you move in, my movie director sim had to leave town in a hurry. Too many baby mommas were after him.

In my game I had alot of store items in this house. I had to take them out and replace with base game items. May have raised the cost a little, but I didn't want any issues. Enjoy.
