Nengi65 Seafood Restaurant, turned into a Bachelor Pad.

At first, I requested this, because I just love the "summer fun" series. Most asked me to do this and gave me links to the tutorials. I am completely nervous about this, gave it a try and uploaded pics of what I completed. Most of my time has been play testing and trying to figure out why the sims still came to this lot as if a community lot. Found out it was my hacks that caused it, maybe the no welcome wagon hack. This lot has been cleaned with the sims2cleaninstaller. I have been given Nengi's blessing to upload this lot as residential. Many thanks to the MTS2 community for the encouragement and tutorials, especially, SimSample, Patul (I so love your name, I named one of my sim after you), and drumroll please... Nengi65, love your work so much. So here we go....

Lot: 2X3, Residential, like the seafood restaurant, must be placed along the shoreline for the water effects, in the Bluewater Shopping District.

Price: $115,413 furnished, 23,400 unfurnished. My sim had to borrow from Monique's bank computer to purchase this house, LOL.

1 bedroom, 2 baths, livingroom, eat-in kitchen, 2 terraces (1 terrace on the
left side of bedroom can be built into a bedroom if you need more room)
