Japanese Lake Retreat

As you can see it's a traditional japanese themed house with, I guess, modern influences, which is embedded into a lake/forest area with waterfalls. The left part of the house (talking about left on the floorplan, see below) is a stilthouse in the lake, the right part has an half open basement level with panorama windows on the lake/waterfalls below its level.

Sadly the interior furnishing isn't very "asian" due to the lack of proper furniture and decoration items. I didn't use any kind of custom content, so feel free to change whatever you like. Oh and I hope you don't mind mirrors... a lot of mirrors...


One of the highlights of the house is the already mentioned wintergarden/lounge area with poolwindow, as you can see here




And at the end there's an image of a part of the pool and the glass gangway.
The pool has another little extra, but I'll let you find that on your own. *giggles*




I tested the lot with several 30 guest parties and noticed only slight traffic issues upon the arrival of too many sims at the same time. But who's having such big parties anyway?
And before you ask: yes, the ramps and the pool are fully functional. Everything's tested, except the nursery and children's room.
