Although this isn't a work of art, or complicated, it's a perfect home for your Sim family or the group of roommates who like a nice, quiet place to live. The roomy feel of the open floor plan, and the large basement recreation room give it the right feel for college sims, or even family sims who like to have parties.

Includes custom tiles I made for the garage 'door' and the 'smooth' concrete walks and garage floor.

I wasn't able to test the bushes yet, however most of them could simply be moved a bit, or turned around to allow for proper trimming. This home should be 100% playable for any sim.
