Well, 'modest' may not be the best word, however considering all of the amazing and wonderful houses I've seen uploaded here most recently, it does put to shame this home whose only 'feature' that isn't built with standard building tools is the basement.

The home does feature a 'House on the Hill' feel, with manicured lawns, a private pool patio and outdoor dining porch. The custom stone work on the home and the tudor-style woodwork definitely give the home a comfortable, English feel for those of you who enjoy that sort of thing.

With four bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and a large formal living room, receiving/family room and study, the house is perfect for those large familes, or even just the sims who like to have mega parties in style. The basement, large and with two walk-out doors, allows for expansion in case extra rooms or a game room is needed.

The home is prepared in a 'For Sale' manner, meaning that all furnishings are removed and only what would come in a regular 'real' home are here; kitchen/bathroom counters, sinks, plumbing and decorative stylings.

Although it's not destinctive or impressive in its originality, I believe your sims will love living in this luxurious home.
