Magnolia Manor (2 versions)

Magnolia Manor, a house of the finest quality, only for the most elite of town members. Complete with a hedge maze, swimming pool, tennis court*, home theater, and live-in servants quarters, Magnolia Manor will satisfy the needs of the wealthiest families.

As stated, Magnolia Manor is designed as a mansion for the upper crust of society. On the first floor, the front doors open into a grand hall with a chandelier, fountain and curving twin staircases**. Kitchen and formal dining are to the left and parlor room is to the right. To the back of the staircases, are two bathrooms and living quarters for live in help such as butler, driver, maid, gardener, nanny, etc. Upstairs, a large balcony overlooks the entryway and the master bedroom with en-suite bath can be found. Also, a second bathroom, workout room, gentleman's study, home theater room, and gym are located on the second floor. Lastly, the third floor boasts, six (or eight) bedrooms and two playrooms, plus two bathrooms. Second and third floor are equipped with elevators. Outdoors, a hedge maze awaits the brave with a sundial nestled in the middle. Six balconies overlook the property and a large pool (and tennis court*) await the physically fit.

I designed this lot as a solitary lot on an island in the neighborhood I have created and am working on filling. Therefore, Magnolia Manor v2.0 is not equipped with a driveway and carriage house, but with 2 helicopter pads on the roof. Magnolia Manor HAS the driveway and carriage house if that is what you are looking for. The carriage house can hold four vehicles and also has a small loft for work benches, a game room, or perhaps another living area for a driver or adult child. Download either or both for your playing pleasure.

**The grand hall does not come packaged with wallpaper. I had some difficulty finding the perfect wall for that hall so I will leave it up to each down-loader's discretion. Make it your own with dark wood paneling, marble to match the floors, or fancy wallpaper.
