You're hiking up in the mountains, and stop to take a rest. Nearby, you see a small house. You go up to investigate. This used to be the cabin of John Simmington, an avid naturalist. You can now live in his abandoned cabin.

My second cabin-like lot, this is a small starter home for your Outdoors-Loving sims. It is better suited to sims who like to be alone, and who don't spend much time at home. In includes a small studio apartment, with an outhouse for your sims to use the bathroom.
