The tv has a problem where you cannot use it to work out, my testing sim said there was a wall blocking his way. I don't know if this could be caused by the tv being under the stairs. Even if i move it out the tv i still get the error. (You can still watch the tv)

After my first house being rejected I decided to try a new design, Micro Lots!!

I tried to make the lot look as modern as I could but keep the price quite low. This is my first lot that I have experimented with modular stairs on and I think it went quite well.

It has a kitchen and living area on the bottom floor, and bathroom, bedroom and balcony on the top floor.
