History:

Once owned by the renowned Doctor of Helluva Hills Dr. Rasik Hoovasia this estate is one of a kind, while Dr. Hoovasia on occasion enjoyed the company of some of his closest friends at his house most of the time he wanted to be left alone to work with his “experiments” in his more than sterile office, he absolutely despised children! And wanted nothing to do with them, he even despised the fact that at one time he was a child, Hoovasia Estate lacks total appeal to children with its walls of books and clean appearance. It is still unknown just where the good Doctor has gone, one day he put his house on the market and took a one way flight, where to? Nobody knows.... the house has had a few owners since then however none have lived there more then a year, a rumor has since been born stating that Dr. Hoovasia was experimenting on people and now on the darkest of nights his “experiments” come back to visit the house hold........ but thats just a rumor!
