Well, I decided to take a break from the 'Cute, Cozy, and Just Lovely' series, and came up with this house. It is LOOSELY based on this house from http://www.houseplans.com

Ok, what's left to say? Well, this house is great for any sim. It has a Master Bedroom and a Smaller/Guest Bedroom. It also has a garage, and a space behind the car for your simmies to (pretend to) be fixing parts of the car, making things etc.
