Hello Everyone, firstly a big thank you to Numenor for his AnyGame Starter, which allows this lot to be Base Game, and No CC!



Now, I have to admit - when I first added the basement in it's current form... I wasn't filled with hope that this would be a starter - but, somehow, it is under $20,000 - so any sim can move in!
It features the usuals for a starter; Kitchen, Dining Table, a Bedroom and bathroom - however, it also includes a basement, which is where the 'living' room is situated. Of course, feel free to more the living area upstairs, and replace the basement with whatever function you want it to serve - but, as it is, that is how I felt it best for playing at a personal level.
No cheats were used in the creation of the basement, so a quick look at this tutorial should show you how to enlarge it if you want; once you sims have earned a bit more monnehs.

This lovable starter is on a 2x2 lot and costs $19,992. Hope you enjoy playing this lot.
