Modern Overtures

I was attracted to the little overhangs this home has- how they merge into one another. There's usually some reason I'm interested in building something and I usually can't describe it, so, "overhangs" is what I'm sticking with.

It's also the perfect size for my sims. I know some of you like behemoth lots. Me, not so much- nice to look at and build, but to play... a different story. So, I suppose, there's 2 reasons I built this.
