This rowhouse is based on a real apartment-building, where I used to live years ago. The style is very common here in Finland, and maybe in other Scandinavian countries aswell. It includes:

* 6 apartment-units
* common space outside with games and benches
* furnished with basic starter-stuff
* own backyard in every apartment
* each unit has: kitchen area, 1 bathroom and 1 bedroom/livingroom (3 of them with double beds)
* and once again, no cc was used!




This apartment-building is ideal for single sims or couples with no kids, that are looking for a simple and affordable home.

Tested in-game many times.
