Here is another modern home for upwardly mobile sims with large families or lots of roommates. The house has 4 big bedrooms, a spare room that is now being used as a family room, 4.5 baths, and large decks for a jacuzzi, barbecues or chess. The attached garage is of course for looks only, but could be changed to a real garage. I did use boolprop constrainfloor elevation on the garage and entry way. This furnished house is play tested. I hope you have a sim who would enjoy this house.
