Elevation is my entry in the cfe challenge going on at simfansuk.com proposed by TheDeadSim.

As a base game builder, constrainfloorelevation cheat has been the most valuable addition to my game to make more interesting houses. I've read many wonderful tutorials here and received individual help from fling89 to help me learn to use the cheat. I highly recommend it!

I used the cheat in this house to create the split levels. Your living, dining, and family rooms are on the ground level. I left a little piece of foundation out in the dining room to let in the light. Just place a counter or wardrobe in front of it! The entry way and kitchen are on the foundation level, and the 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and guest bath are on the half story level. I'm not crazy about the wood railing, but if you have some ep's you will have a better selection. I hope you enjoy decorating and customizing for your sims. My sim, Scout Tester, is now living in this model and has a fondness for the back deck and pool. He is going to need help with gardening because the landscaping is rather lush and has run up the price of the house considerably. You may want to do some trimming!
