Well, it's been 2 months and 7 days since my last lot upload, bit disappointing. It's not really due to workload or anything, it's just I haven't had any inspiration lately, and anything I whipped up in game look much like a number 2 .

Anyways, like I said on my last upload, Le Moderne Dernière, that was my last lot EVER in that style. So without further ado, I present my latest lot, Havelock Avenue:


I put great amount of effort into this lot, spending several days on it, though, only because I was building at a slow pace. However that isn't relevant, what is, is that this lot is very detailed, and very playable.

This lot has been fully play tested so everything should work smoothly for you. Just make sure you have the latest patch, 1.11.7. Speaking of that, I did build this lot with World Adventures and High End Loft Stuff install, but I did not use any content from them. I'm about 95% positive this should work with ONLY Basegame, as before uploading I tested this lot on a basegame installation, on another computer, and it worked perfectly fine
