This house comes with 2 bedrooms on the second floor, one of which is balcony adjacent.
On the ground floor you'll find a large living room area with sofas, a bar, a reading corner and a desk/computer.
On this floor you'll also find the kitchen.
Upstairs you'll find the bedrooms and the bathroom. This is also the place for the TV-room.
The lot has a small pool so your sims don't overheat
It also has a parking space for one car.
