I never really like the way TS2 apartments were made. You could only control one apartment at a time! With TS3 you do have to have as many doors into an apartment as Sims that you want to live there, 2 doors are easy and 3 or 4 doors can be done different ways without looking too bad. You do have to money cheat for the first Sim to buy the place, or you could have a really rich Sim that needs something to spend their money on.

Since the only reason I play apartments is to get my Sims to meet who they are suppose to meet I much prefer TS3 style apartments because I can control everyone in the building or complex. Can you say control freak? LOL

I am doing these to replace the apartment area in Sunset Valley that has the little community pool behind the center one. Which is why none of them will have a pool. This one used to be a small Mom and Pop sidewalk café with living quarters upstairs and kitchen and storage behind.

The community area offers a work out area, games, BBQ area, bar, romantic seating in the courtyard, chess tables, art easels, a full bath and parking for 4 cars.

Along with the community area the lower level has a 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit with 2 doors.

The 2nd and 3rd floors have 2 - 2 story, 2 bedroom, 2 ½ bath units. Each has 3 doors; the 3rd door is placed differently in each to show different ways of adding more doors.

balcony fence by Luna if you only want the fence it is in part 2 called balconcilla. It will be replaced by the wrought iron fence.
