Steampunk Ahoy! is a classic steampunk themed lot for your insane, genius, inventor, scientist (engineering types) Sims. It features an open plan dining/lounge and kitchen, 1 bathroom, 1 bedroom, 1 office area, deck with telescope and gramophone. There is also a smaller building out the back which houses the entrance to the spacious basement, which has plenty of rooms for work stations, extra bedrooms, storage for gems and other collectables and or junk. There is also room in the garden for a vegetable patch if your geeky Sim is that way inclined

You might notice small protrusions through the first floor of the house, they are from the chinese wagons underneath, they will not interfere with your Sims' walking routes/pathing/access to things. The fog emitters can be removed if you don't want the look of "steam" streaming down onto the ground from those mega engines mounted on the back of the house lol. The house itself was based on the one in the picture below, but as usual I deviated from the original so that I could fit living space into it and used a colour scheme that looked "steampunkish".
