My Foundation 2 Entry- A Request

This lot was requested and so I am uploading it for them especially, and sharing with anyone else that can use it.

I enjoyed the foundation contest, really tested my ability to come up with floorplans that works with the foundation provided. Sadly I couldn't finish cause of personal family issues. Thanks again for the opportunity, HP. :D




Two story wood and brick home, with an inviting and relaxing front porch, useful back porch and breezy backyard to entertain and have the children to play. Includes a tucked away rock pond for possibly catching frogs, ladybugs and fireflies.

Requires World Adventures, although I do have Ambitions installed now, I didn't use any of those items from the EP.

Lot: 30x30
Furnished: 104,306 simoleons
Unfurnished: 46,681 simoleons
1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 nursery, open livingroom and dining area, kitchen, 1.5 baths.





I used some Sims 3 Store items, tried to make sure that only free ones were left in the package, but I am sorry.
