This lot is completely base game, no CC. It requires the latest patches. Built in Sunset Valley, on a tiny lot where the Science Lab used to be. It is a studio house, with no separate bedroom. It has a small bit of yard space left in the front yard for at least one hobby activity. Comes with no fire alarms/phones. Not decorated, consists of basic furnishings. No basement/Attic space etc, what you see is what you get.
