This house is based on a house in Prescott, Arizona where my parents lived 25 years. I have made some changes to it to make it more attractive because it wasn't anything special, just home! The roof was hard to make with base game because it was only slightly sloping, not flat, but not sharply angled. The culverts in front and back used to become little streams when it rained, and sometimes the whole place would be blanketed with snow. The house has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths and an office that was originally a carport. Please notice the beautiful tile in kitchen and living room designed by simgrl1934.
