Vasyl Baity appeared in Modern Second Island out of the blue. I've never seen him before. He wears a purple golf shirt, jeans, and boots. His hair is shaved on one side and long on the other. He began to exert himself right away, writing up this list of wants for "my own house, because I deserve it." Here is the list:

solid colors, no florals or any other sort of pattern
lots of landscaping but no trimmable shrubs
lots of natural light
angles, not all square
3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a guest bathroom
master bedroom and bath downstairs
pool for swimming laps
a garage in case I get a car in the future (He won't because he's a base game sim, but I didn't have the heart to tell him)
