On a little smaller scale (5x3 lot), here's a little strip mall with groceries, a clothing boutique, book store, game room, dance club and MORE! Everything a needy Sim wants all in one convenient location.

FAIR WARNING: This lot includes some CEP's (thanks to the respective artists!) including a translucent dance floor that looks down over the game room. There may be some residual hacks but it seems to run fine on a clean install, too. That said, "INSTALL AT YOUR OWN RISK." :D
